Contemporary Latin American Artist Shows New Works On Paper and Canvas

Venezuelan artist, Adriana "Gigi" Mederos, is currently showing her hybrid paintings and other new work at the Khan Studios in the Rocky Neck Art Colony in Gloucester, Massachusetts. As the featured artist now through July 7th, 2011, she will be onsite at the gallery most days, Wednesday through Sunday, noon to 8 p.m. On Sunday, June 26th from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m., there will be a reception for the artist held at the Khan Studio - please come by and say hello.

Adriana Mederos Studio Publishes a New Line of Note Cards

Just in time for the upcoming show at the Khan Studio, Adriana Mederos is proud to announce that a selection of her hybrid paintings have been published as greeting cards. The set of six cards are taken from recent series of her work including, "Under The Microscope", "Under The Surface" and "Texas Series". Although smaller in scale than their original fine art counterparts, they possess the same luminous color and light, the same pictorial language, the same powerful compositions.

Artist Demonstrations Begin This Weekend!

Adriana Mederos and Stevie Black are pleased to announce the opening of Adriana Mederos Studio, working studio and exhibition space on Madfish Alley on Rocky Neck in Gloucester, MA. Open Wednesdays through Sunday from noon to 8 p.m., We will be showcasing many of Gigi Mederos' hybrid paintings, as well as a selection of works on paper and canvas. Open now through Columbus Day, 2011, Adriana Mederos Studio can be found at 77 Rocky Neck - G2, Gloucester, MA 01930.

Adriana Mederos Opens Aquatro Gallery on Rocky Neck for 2012

Adriana "Gigi" Mederos and her partners, Grace Edwards and Stevie Black, are set to open their new gallery/boutique in Rocky Neck on May 25th, 2012. Their Grand Opening will run from 6-9 p.m. on that Friday and will kick off Gloucester's newly-designated Cultural District and the summer gallery season in strong fashion.
